It Does Go On and On and On . . . We went to a friends 25th anniversary party on Saturday night and I hadnt seen these people in a while. I used to work with L and I spent a lot of time with him and S and their two kids over the years, in particular painting the big rock that L built in the backyard to surround their pool (its kind of hard to explain) and drinking beer. They then moved to Maryland so S could work for George Washington University and then recently moved back to Marana (outside of Tucson) so S could work for University of Arizona she does work with lab animals and I dont really understand it, but theyre all nuts and quite fun. So anyway, we had a fabboo dinner and a bit to drink and I got to learn a new song! It goes like this: Three. Now, of course, this goes on until youve run out of pigeons. But then the song continues: OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHH Look! . . . and it just goes on from there. Its the song that never ends. It just goes on and on and on. Like the song that never ends. It just goes on and on and on . . . SMACK! Anyway, that was a very nice party and it was a lot of fun to be with those folks again. Unfortunately I spent Sunday lying down (not because of a hangover) but because of a sudden fever and chills although it was actually chills, then fever. Very very odd. I seem to be better today, but I really really resent having my Sunday taken up by being sick. That should mean that I get a free day off from work, ne? But in good news, I have now lost (and kept off! Very important, that!) 31.8 pounds. Yay me! But now Ill sign off. Its time to knit, so I dont kill people. Whoopee!
